Al Manara Academy is a state accredited Pre-K through 8th grade Islamic school.

At Al-Manara Academy, we make excellence a predictable outcome for every student in the school by rooting their education firmly in the matrix of Islamic concepts, and strong technology based curriculum. We will prepare them with the 21st century skills and faith based values, generating the intellectual energy and productivity needed to overcome academic and professional challenges and be successful citizens. Al Manara Academy hopes to: Uphold the Islamic concept of ilm that integrates the pursuit of knowledge with values and promotes an outlook of balance and genuine synthesis. Make the excellence of learning within the Islamic heritage, the foundation of the rigorous academic program that is intended to serve the needs of the modern world without sacrificing moral and spiritual values. Why Al-Manara

We are a well-balanced school that focuses on core standard subjects as well as Arabic, Deen and Qur’an. We structure our curriculum to enable students to gain Islamic knowledge even in subjects such as English or Science through the use of Islam-based examples. Uncompromising in our focus on our Deen, we are motivated to be the best Islamic school possible and adhere to the teachings of Qur’an and Sunnah. Our focus is blessing our students with knowledge that can benefit them in this life and, especially, in the hereafter.


Our History

Al Manara Academy, established in 2012, is a beacon of Islamic education in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri. By the grace of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, our academy was founded with the vision of creating a nurturing environment where students can excel academically, spiritually, and socially.

Rooted in the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), Al Manara Academy aims to shape future generations who are not only successful and productive but also deeply committed to living a life that pleases Allah, the Almighty.

Since its inception, the academy has served as a cornerstone for our community, fostering a love of learning and a strong sense of Islamic identity. Our dedicated educators and supportive families work together to instill in our students the values of integrity, compassion, and excellence.
